30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of delivery of your B.O.S. Lock. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within this period for a refund, minus the cost of shipping.


Conditions for Return


To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in its original condition and packaging (Protective Carrying Case).

  • Product should not show signs of misuse, abuse, or deliberate damage.

  • Must not have been customized or modified from its standard base.

  • All accessories, tools, and any other materials must be included in return.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES

The B.O.S. Lock must be in its original condition and packaging.
